Rosh Hashanah Honey Ginger Rooster

Ingredients:

1/2 cup grated refreshing ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
1 cup indigenous honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 whole fresh hen, slash up
chopped herbs as desired for garnish (parsley, chives, perhaps a little thyme)

Cooking Directions:

Area the ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and drinking water in a modest saucepan. Warmth the mixture just ample to soften the honey and mix all the ingredients.
